Concord Pike South (Rt. 202)

• Take Rt. 202 S until you cross under I-95. Get to the far left lane that will be separated by a barrier in the road.
• Take the next LEFT at the traffic light onto Broom Street.
• BROOM St. becomes Miller Road. Go through two traffic lights. Continue straight on Miller Road, passing shopping center (Home Depot) on right.
• Turn RIGHT at the STOP sign onto Lea Blvd. There is a Russian Orthodox church on the right. Continue past the Riverside hospital (Christiana Care) on right.
• Turn RIGHT after (not at) the traffic light at the bottom of the hill (just before the 35mph sign on the telephone pole).
• The synagogue parking lot will be on your LEFT. Please go to the second driveway.

I-95 Northbound from Baltimore & Washington DC

• Take Exit 8 (Concord Pike, Rt. 202; Wilmington/West Chester).
• First bear to the RIGHT for Rt. 202 South; then stay in the LEFT lane on the exit ramp. The sign will indicate this is the lane for Broom Street/Miller Road.
• As you turn RIGHT onto 202 South, get immediately into the FAR LEFT lane. This lane is almost immediately separated by a barrier in the road.
• Turn LEFT at the first intersection onto Broom St.
• BROOM St. becomes Miller Road. Go through two traffic lights. Continue straight on Miller Road, passing shopping center (Home Depot) on right.

I-95 Southbound from Philadelphia

• Take exit 9 (Marsh Road). Turn LEFT at the end of the exit ramp.
• Stay on Marsh Road approx. 0.5 mile to the second traffic light and turn RIGHT onto Washington Street Extension.
• Turn RIGHT at the second stoplight onto LEA Boulevard.
• Go approx. 50 yards and then turn LEFT onto a road for Beth Emeth’s parking lot (before the traffic light).
• The synagogue parking lot will be on your LEFT. Please go to the second driveway.

Faulkland Rd., Wilmington, DE

FROM PHILADELPHIA

I 95 South through Wilmington to Route 141 North Newport Exit. After entering Route 141, move into lane to the left (or you will be forced off into Newport). Route 141 will eventually become a four lane surface road to first traffic light (Faulkland Road, Route 34). Turn right. After you cross railroad tracks, cemetery will be on the right. You will have to go to the far end of cemetery for entrance. Only one road goes through the cemetery.

FROM NEW JERSEY

Cross Delaware Memorial Bridge to I 95 South (you will already be south of Wilmington) to Route 141 North. Follow above directions.

Funeral Cortege Route to Beth Emeth Memorial Park

FROM CONGREGATION BETH EMETH

Turn left onto Lea Blvd to Miller Road. Turn left pass Concord Pike through Broom Street to 18th Street. Turn right to traffic light. Turn left, cross Augustione Cut-Off Bridge to Lovering Ave. (dead end). Turn right follow Lovering into Kentmere Parkway through to Red Oak Road. Bear right to Greenhill Ave. Turn left to Lancaster Ave. (dead end). Turn right to second traffic light (DuPont Road). Turn left, follow road to the right as it becomes Faulkland Road. Beth Emeth Memorial Park will be on the left.

FROM SCHOENBERG MEMORIAL CHAPEL

Turn right onto Philadelphia Pike to traffic light (Marsh Road). Turn right to traffic light (Washington Street Extension). Turn left to second traffic light (Lea Blvd.). Turn right. Follow instructions above from Congregation Beth Emeth.

At various times throughout the year, there are public events that preclude the use of the above route. An alternative route will be used. You will be notified if one of the alternatives is to be used.

ALTERNATIVE 1 FROM CONGREGATION BETH EMETH

Turn left onto Lea Blvd. to Miller Road. Turn left to Concord Pike. Turn right to Murphy Road, Route 141. Turn left. Follow Route 141 South to Faulkland Road. Turn left, cross railroad tracks. Cemetary will be on the right. Entrance will be at the end of the cemetery.

ALTERNATIVE 2 FROM CONGREGATION BETH EMETH

Turn left onto Lea Blvd. to Miller Road. Turn left to Concord Pike. Turn right. Enter I 95 South to Route 141 North to traffic light (Faulkland Road). Turn right, cross railraod tracks. Cemetery will be on the right. Entrance is on far end.
