Keter Torah (Crown of Torah) Adult Academy  

Congregation Beth Emeth has an extensive program of educational opportunities for all ages. The Keter Torah Adult Academy at Beth Emeth offers many lectures, classes and programs for the adult members of the congregation. A brochure pdf is available below.

Join Rabbi Robinson for a special Rosh Hashanah Lunch and Learn on Friday, September 10 at 11 a.m. This is a chance to study together on the second day of Rosh Hashanah and then enjoy a light lunch. There is no charge for this program, but reservations are A MUST. Call the office (764-2393) to reserve your place.
The Keter Torah Academy invites you to attend a Yom Kippur afternoon study session during the service break. Our member, Kurt Rosenbaum, will speak - A TORAH'S JOURNEY,A FAMILY'S STORY. The study session will meet from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. on Yom Kippur afternoon, Saturday, September 18.

Fri, Oct 22, 7:30 PM Shabbat service: Sacred Stories for Shabbat; Sat, Oct 23, 11 AM Shabbat service, Kiddush lunch & program; Sun, Oct 24, 9 AM School storytelling programs & book signing. Peninnah Schram, internationally known storyteller, teacher, author, and recording artist, is Professor of Speech and Drama at Stern College of Yeshiva University. She travels worldwide as a featured presenter at storytelling festivals, conferences, and as Performing Artist-in-Residence. Vibrantly elegant in her presentations, Peninnah tells Jewish folktales of wisdon and humor, interweaving melody and dialogue.
Sunday evenings, 5 PM. Oct 24, Dec 12, Jan 23, & Feb 13. Sunday film nights will include dinner, followed by the feature film, dessert and discussion.
