SUCCESSFUL LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE IN PREPARATION FOR HIGH HOLIDAYS
On Sunday, Sept. 11, we had 20 volunteers who assisted with maintaining the landscaping around the Beth Emeth facilities as well the Holocaust garden. They performed weeding and pruning functions, and spread fresh mulch around much of the grounds in preparation for the high holidays later this month.
When you attend one of more of the daytime holiday services, note the beautiful shrubs, trees and ground cover and observe how they have matured. Special thanks go to Beth Stark and Ira Zinner for their efforts in designing and bringing all the tools and equipment for our volunteers.
The volunteers are:
Tim Casper Joyce and Harvey Rovine
Shawn, Pam, Sarah, and Zachary Galbraith Scott Simon
Rick Geisenberger Beth Stark
Robert Medicus Phil Weinberg
Jen Podos Lori Ross and Steve Zimmerman
Alex Rittberg Ira, Cheryl, Ben, and Zachary Zinner
